The Hotel Room Tour

Our room at the Coatel Hotel in Seoul. It's got a lot. My favorite's probably the unreadable washer.

The First Load

It took us (and by us I mean Jess) two times through to wash our first load of clothes. The first time they didn't smell any better. By the way, it's been like 90 degrees here, so we sweat a little bit. A lot bit compared to the Koreans.

So we ran it through twice, and then we were in business. Except for the fact that we didn't run enough spin cycles. It took our clothes like 18 hours to dry, but dry they did.

Oh, and that drying rack in the video, we weren't using it right until we came back from training one day and found that the cleaning lady had set it up correctly for us.

Lovely lady...

  1. Too funny! Good job on the washer, Jess! I totally would not have even thought of just pressing random buttons.

And finally! Updates! Times 2! Thanks, David!

  2. Do you stay in Seoul for a little while for training, then get sent to some little city? Or is that your home for a while?

  3. We were in Seoul from the Saturday before training until right after training on Friday. Many people stayed in Seoul for their jobs, but we got sent to smaller city. Not little, just smaller.
